In a major shake-up this week, Zee TV’s Vasudha has climbed up to the number one position on the TRP charts. Now that Vasudha from Zee TV has reclaimed the top spot, the channel is making the show more exciting for the viewers. Since its launch, the show has won the hearts of the audience with a lot of fun-packed surprises and amazing plot twists. Vasudha, which has been the fan favorite with its emotional storytelling and the evolving journey of Vasudha (Priya Thakur) and Dev (Abhishek Sharma), is all set to introduce an exciting new twist with the entry of a pivotal character. Adding a fresh layer of intrigue and drama to the narrative, actor Parichay Sharma joins the cast as Samar.
Samar’s arrival comes at a crucial point in the story, where relationships are already being tested and hidden agendas are beginning to surface. While not much has been revealed about his true intentions, Samar is someone who walks a fine line between loyalty and manipulation, making his presence both intriguing and unpredictable. His interactions with the Chauhan family are set to create emotional turbulence, shifting equations and bringing new conflicts to the forefront. With a mysterious aura surrounding him, Samar’s character is expected to gradually unfold, keeping viewers guessing about whether he will emerge as a supporter or a bigger challenge for Dev and Vasudha.
Speaking about joining the show Parichay Sharma says, “My first day was very difficult for any actor who enters a running project, as everyone judges him, but I found the Vasudha set completely opposite. The people were good and the Director gave me space to perform, and every cast member was supportive, especially Vasudha. Priya is such a clean soul and welcomed me warmly, Abhishek is a good human being as he never tried to be difficult with me and was very professional. My character Samar is one of the most difficult characters that I have played because the strict brief was, he should not be negative despite being arrogant and bratty but at the same time should not come out as positive too. So, it’s somewhere in the middle, which makes it a very thin line to walk on. Although I tried my best, I really hope the audience enjoys the character as much as I have”.
With Parichay Sharma’s entry as Samar, Vasudha is gearing up for an engaging new chapter filled with drama, suspense, and emotional turns that promise to keep viewers hooked.
